Biography
Dr. Tarun Wadhwa had completed his Masters in Pharmacy (Clinical Pharmacy) from Manipal University, Karnataka, India (2007). He worked as a senior research fellow under Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), India (2009). He was awarded for his doctoral studies (PhD) in 2014. Currently, he is working as an assistant professor in RAK College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RAKMHSU, UAE. His area of interest includes Pharmacovigilance, Pharmacoeconomics, Clinical Research, Rational use of drugs, and patient reported outcomes. He has almost 7 years of experience in academics, research (clinical & academic). He has attended many conferences, workshops (including WHO programmes), CMEs, CPEs, Symposium of National & International repute. He has published more than 10 scientific papers in reputed journals. He has also been invited for delivering guest lectures, sessions at National & International conferences & scientific events. He is a member of many scientific associations and serving as an editorial board member of International Journal of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology.
