Research Interest
Synthesis of clotrimazole analogues (imidazole, triazole, benzimidazole, benztriazole, oxazole and thiazole derivatives) as antifungal agents. Design and synthesis of erlotinib analogues as anticancer agents. Design and synthesis of squalamine analogues and DHFR inhibitors as antileishmania and antiprotozoa agents. Effects of ionic liquids on rate of chemical reactions in synthesis of antifungal agents.
