Biography
Born in India, Sam received his Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) at the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences located in Manipal. He continued his education at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY where he became a registered and licensed pharmacist in New York State. Sam devotes much of his free time to charitable and local organizations including Gift of Life International, North American Teluga Society, and the local Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris fellow from Rotary International Club. In 2000 through the Maddali Foundation he established the Valley Pharmacy Scholarship awarded to a Roxbury High School Senior. He has been bestowed with numerous additional awards and licenses for his efforts.
